1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Aeriva, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Aeriva Tecnologia Ltda., CNPJ 64.205.398/0001-85 ("Aeriva", "we") operates a technology platform for discovering, planning, and booking travel in Brazil and abroad.

2. Description of services

Aeriva offers, among other things:

• Accommodation search and booking
• Flight search and booking (via integrated partners)
• Trip planning with an AI assistant
• Editorial content and destination recommendations
• Support through digital channels, including WhatsApp

Aeriva acts as a technology intermediary between you and suppliers (hotels, airlines, operators). The contract for accommodation or transport is entered into directly with the supplier, according to the conditions shown at checkout.

3. Account and eligibility

To use certain features, you must create an account with truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

You must have legal capacity to contract or authorization from a legal guardian. Creating false, duplicate, or unauthorized third-party accounts is prohibited.

4. Bookings and payments

Displayed prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Promotional rates may have cancellation, change, or refund restrictions — always disclosed before confirmation.

Payments are processed by certified partners. By confirming a booking, you authorize the charge of the total amount shown, including service fees when applicable.

Booking confirmation depends on real-time availability with the supplier. If unavailable after payment, we will refund the full amount according to our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation rules vary by rate, hotel, or airline. Always review the conditions shown on the confirmation page and booking voucher.

Cancellation requests can be made in "My bookings" or through our contact channel. Refund timelines depend on the payment method and supplier and may take 5 to 30 business days.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Aeriva to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent activities or violate third-party rights
• Perform automated scraping, reverse engineering, or system overload
• Publish offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content
• Bypass security measures or access restricted areas without authorization

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prejudice to legal measures.

7. Intellectual property

Aeriva trademarks, logos, text, images, software, and other content are protected by intellectual property rights. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform is permitted; reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

Aeriva strives to keep information accurate but does not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete absence of errors. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or changes by third-party suppliers (hotels, carriers), force majeure events, or indirect damages arising from platform use.

AI-generated recommendations are guidance only and do not replace verification of actual booking conditions, travel documentation, or professional advice when needed.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are chosen to resolve disputes, subject to consumer protection rules where applicable.
