1. Getting started
Aeriva is a travel marketplace in Brazil. You can search for hotels, compare rates, book flights, and manage everything in a single account.
- Search: use the search bar on the home page or go to Hotels and Flights.
- Book: choose dates, guests, and complete checkout with Pix or card.
- Track: after logging in, go to My bookings to view status, voucher, and cancellation options.
2. Bookings
When payment is confirmed, you receive an email with the booking code and receipt. Hotels may require photo ID at check-in.
How do I confirm my booking?
The status changes to confirmed as soon as payment is approved. Also check My bookings. Pending Pix bookings expire if payment is not completed within the deadline shown on screen.
Can I change dates or guests?
It depends on the fare and supplier availability. Contact us with your booking number — we will submit the request to the hotel or airline and get back to you with available options.
Where do I download my voucher?
On the booking details page in My bookings. You can also request a new copy by email at contato@aeriva.com.br.
3. Payments
We accept Pix and credit card. The final amount, including fees when applicable, is shown before confirmation — no hidden charges.

Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts should be reported within 7 days to contato@aeriva.com.br, providing the last four digits of the card or Pix receipt.
4. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation policy depends on the fare chosen at the time of booking. It is always shown before payment — read non-refundable fares carefully.
- Free cancellation: available until the deadline indicated on the booking. Full refunds follow the original payment method.
- Non-refundable fare: the amount paid will not be refunded; cancellation confirmation still releases the inventory.
- Refund timeline: generally 5 to 30 business days after approval, depending on the card issuer or bank.
To cancel, go to the booking in My bookings or send the booking code to contato@aeriva.com.br. Cancellations requested after the deadline may be subject to supplier penalties.
5. Flights
Flight bookings follow the rules of the issuing airline. After confirmation, you receive a locator (PNR) and check-in instructions.
Baggage and seats
Baggage allowances and seat selection vary by fare and airline. Check the summary at checkout and in the confirmation email before your trip.
Changes or no-show
Changes to schedule, route, or name may incur additional fees. Not showing up for a flight (no-show) usually invalidates subsequent segments — contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
6. My account
Create an account with email and password or sign in using the methods available at Log in. After logging in, you can update your name, email, and phone in account settings.
- Forgot my password: use Forgot password — we send a time-limited link.
- Verify email: new accounts may need to confirm their address at Verify email.
- Close account: request deletion at privacidade@aeriva.com.br with subject "Account deletion".
7. Privacy and data
We process personal data in accordance with LGPD. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for details on purposes, legal bases, and retention.
To access, correct, port, or delete your data, email privacidade@aeriva.com.br with subject "LGPD request". We respond within 15 business days.
